Black Girl Finance UK was founded in 2019 by Selina Flavius. She has created a financial coaching company dedicated to UK Black women and girls. To date she has helped over 300 women get very clear and focused on Financial goals, we get our clients super comfortable, thinking about money, talking about money and taking action to reach there individual financial goals. She has also contributed to discussions within the UK media (The Guardian and FT adviser) around issues such as the gender pay gap, the ethnicity pay gap and racial wealth gap. Selina, believes that due to the intersection of the above gaps, its more important than ever for women to take charge of their personal finances.
